On the results of training future engineers-teachers for professional-pedagogical design

Abstract

The article deals with the results of a dissertation study on the training of future engineers-teachers for vocational and pedagogical design. The urgency of the problem of such training is substantiated, the thesaurus of the research is described, a brief retrospective analysis of scientific works devoted to the professional activity of the teacher-engineer is given, the main structural and functional components of vocational-pedagogical design, the structure of vocational and pedagogical designing of the engineer-teacher (motivational-value, cognitive, practical-activity and acmeological components), it was substantiated that the training of future engineer-teachers for the professional pedagogical project Executive must take place on a specially planned and designed model, implemented in the various disciplines of study cycles, and has its own structure, goals, objectives and means of implementation. The stages of the pedagogical experiment are briefly described.
