USE OF MODERN MODELS OF TEACHING IN THE CONTEXT OF PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION MANAGEMENT TEACHERS OF NATURAL AND MATHEMATICAL SPECIALTIES

Abstract

The article describes the use of modern training models in the context of the management of vocational training of teachers of natural and mathematical specialties from the standpoint of the theory of management; defined principles, functions and methods of management of the training system of this category of teachers. Among the directions of achievement of the research goal are: organization of effective functioning of the educational system (didactic and educational systems); increase in the level of pedagogical competence of teachers of natural and mathematical specialties on the basis of organization of the system of their differentiated pedagogical training; optimization of educational activity of future teachers of natural and mathematical specialties through inclusion in the system of pedagogical preparation of methods and actions, which most realize pedagogical function;  individualization in the training group students; increasing the effectiveness of professional activities of teachers of natural and mathematical specialties as leaders of lawful behavior of students; assistance to teachers of natural and mathematical specialties in self-education, personal professional development. The actual problems of using modern training models in the preparation of teachers of these specialties and ways of their solution are described.
