PEDAGOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF RESEARCH COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The proposed pedagogical diagnostics of the research competence of a future specialist is based on a number of conceptual provisions that reflect the current trends in the development of education: the orientation of the educational process and diagnosis on the professional and personal development of a future specialist; recognition of the student as an active subject of educational activity, which is reflected in the combination of teacher's management activities and student self-management activities in the integral management cycle; the consideration of pedagogical phenomena and processes from the point of view of the system approach, which makes it possible to present the diagnostics as a complex object, whose elements are determined by the whole and predetermine the functioning of the whole system as a whole. It is shown, that diagnostics of research competence of the future specialist is a kind of motivator both for the teacher and for the student, forcing both to search ways to improve the quality of the educational process and its results, stimulating the development of subjects of studies.
