PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE EXPERT: ORGANIZATION OF ONLINE SURVEYS FOR DETERMINATION OF NEEDS IN CHANGE OF EDUCATION PROGRAM

Abstract

Today, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the departments of institutions of higher education are put in conditions of rapid adaptation of the old normative base of professional training of specialists of different specialties to the new requirements, which are defined in a number of legislative acts and which have stipulated including the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Education. Such requirements include updating the specialty education curriculum in accordance with stakeholder requests (namely students, employers, and teachers themselves, who provide teaching in the discipline of the educational program). Such an update should be based on exploring what they think is possible through the organization of cloud-based online survey services. At the Department of Informatics, Sumy State Pedagogical University. Makarenko developed a questionnaire to determine the quality of the education program for teacher education and the need for changes in it. The article describes the features of using the Microsoft Forms cloud service and the process of developing a questionnaire to determine the quality of the educational program. The survey confirmed the need to improve the educational training program for teachers of information science, which is based not only on the subjective opinion of its developers, but on the objective opinion of many participants in the educational process and stakeholders.
