FORMING OF SELF-EDUCATION COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION

Abstract

. Actuality of problem of capture students by the methods of independent cognitive activity, id est, preparation of them to self-education activity is conditioned by that in the period of studies bases of professionalism are mortgaged in university, abilities of independent professional activity are formed. It is especially important in this connection, that students, obtaining knowledge and by the methods of their booty, understood that independent work is called to complete the task of all other types of educational work, because no knowledge that did not become the object of own activity can be considered the real acquisition of personality. A self-education competence is the most meaningful description of загальнокультурних and professional qualities of future specialist, thus, the her formed is needed for all students, regardless of their speciality and future profession. In our view as a basic tool of forming of самоосвітньої competence of students the correctly organized independent work of students comes forward on the basis of the use of problem studies. For the receipt of effect from independent work it is necessary creative cooperation of student and teacher in the system of independent work that is a difficult and many-sided process. Independent work of students must be sent not only to mastering of material but also on development for the students of skills of independent activity, self-perfection and organization that will allow to them to become skilled competent and most highly sought specialists.
